At The Happy Space, I offer 1:1 sessions to individuals 16+ designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re seeking emotional support, clarity, or momentum to move forward. My work is flexible, collaborative, and always centred on what feels right for you.
You don’t have to choose between counselling or coaching — our sessions can include elements of both, allowing space for healing, insight, and meaningful action.
One-on-One Sessions
- Online sessions – accessible from wherever you are
- Walk and Talk sessions – in person on the southern Gold Coast, ideal for those who find movement and nature helpful for reflection and connection
- Creative and holistic options – art, music, or mindfulness-based practices available for those who feel drawn to them
Each session is tailored to your needs — we can focus on processing challenges, gaining clarity, shifting unhelpful patterns, or setting realistic, empowering goals.
Evidence-Based, Flexible Support
Sessions draw on a blend of evidence-based approaches, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Mindfulness-based interventions
- Solution-focused strategies
- Strengths-based frameworks
My practice is also trauma-informed, ensuring a supportive space grounded in safety, choice, and collaboration. Alongside this, I integrate coaching tools (as a certified ICF Level 2 Coach) and, where appropriate, nature-based or creative methods — offering support that is truly personalised to your needs, goals, and pace.
